We do offer a cutting service

CUTTING REQUESTS MUST BE CONFIRMED BY US VIA EMAIL TO info@roscoesdiy.com BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER 

ONCE YOU HAVE PLACED YOUR ORDER PLEASE WRITE THE CUTTING REQUIREMENTS IN NOTES SO WE CAN SEE AND MATCH UP THE ORDER 

To get your timber cut does sometimes mean you will have to allow more time for delivery 

We will cut the timber to the measurements listed and confirmed via email- cut timber cannot be returned or exchanged. 

THERE IS A CUTTING CHARGE 

THIS IS DEPENDENT ON THE VOLUME OF CUTTING AND THIS HAS TO BE PAID SEPARATELY TO YOUR ORDER ON THE WEBSITE 

Our Fallowfield Branch will contact you once you have placed an order to collect payment for the cutting- nothing will be cut until we have received the cutting charge 

The cutting and price must be confirmed via email before placing an order
