For these postcodes = Orders under £300 will have a £10 delivery charge, any orders over £300 have free delivery.

For these postcodes = Orders under £300 will have a £20 delivery charge, any orders over £300 have free delivery.

Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days, we will contact you when your order is confirmed to ask what day best suits you for delivery.

It is advised that you specify in the Delivery Instructions section when you would like your delivery and any specific delivery instructions.

At Roscoes DIY we have a strict delivery policy that we recommend all customers read before placing an order with us online.

It is imperative if you have ordered timber that when you confirm the date of your delivery there is someone at the address able to accept the order on the confirmed delivery date.

If there is no one to assist the driver at the time of delivery, your delivery may not be delivered and you will have to contact us to reschedule your delivery at a time that someone is available to assist the driver.

The delivery driver can only deliver and leave your items at the nearest point of contact, e.g your driveway - we are not insured to place products in back gardens or in your house.

PICK UP

We offer a pick-up service from our Fallowfield Branch and our Winsford Branch. We will contact you when your pick-up order is available for collection.
It should only be at most 1-2 days. You will be notified via email when you are able to collect your order and if there are any items out of stock in your order. You will be contacted as soon as the order is ready for pick-up via text and email.
